Apart from private swimming lessons with Coach Shawn, our students visit our pool once a week. Not only does that improve their strength & fitness, but it also helps with gross motor skills and basic coordination. Our middle school students love their swimming lessons because they not only learn how to swim stroke but it also improves social development and confidence. We are also very excited once our competitive swim team starts training again.
