In our Montessori classroom, students are encouraged to explore and experiment with a variety of art mediums. Each art activity fuels creativity and the students’ brains. These activities are sensory activities which stimulate our students’ brain development. Art is communication in a nonlinguistic mode, regardless if it is dance, music, visual art or theater. Art is personal, responsive and lasting when our Summit-Questa Montessori students receive it.
