In Montessori math, arithmetic, geometry, statistics and calculus are presented to the child. Montessori math gives children exposure to concrete material first and then giving them opportunities to work on more abstract concepts. Children are taught new materials upon their individual readiness. Montessori students also learn geometry and fractions from an early age.
