Our students are so happy that our barn gets upgraded and that our baby chicks found the perfect new home. Students in our Erdkinder class also get taught about farm life and how to take care of farm animals. They learn how to feed, water, exercise and love them as they are completely dependent on them. This is also brilliant for our chickens, as they learn how to interact with humans. Even our older chicken, Mary, is getting really excited about meeting the new family members, and can’t wait to interact with them.
