Fraction Flower Garden
It is spring, so it is time for a fun spring activity in our math class.
Fractions are made more understandable at Summit-Questa Montessori School by presenting fractions in a fun, hands-on way. Our early childhood students are creating their own flowers and include fractions through 1/10. They explore this topic in depth and are now able to understand that fractions are equal shares of a whole.
