S.T.E.M. activities are just the best. Our early childhood students are building towers using pencils. Our students love this challenge, as they design, engineer and construct their own tower. Students set their own height goal and can see if they meet it.
This fun and easy activity not only brings students closer together as they work in teams, but challenges them to make towers in a variety of styles. Our goal this time was to build super straight towers. We started with a base of two pencils that were parallel to each other, then we added the next level that went in the opposite direction. So much fun!!!!
