Exploring the world!
The Sparrows, our early childhood students, are having fun with their cultural geography lesson. This covers beautiful and ancient structures from across the globe. Not only is it a fun geography lesson, but it is also a social studies lesson. Students get to know the different landmarks around the globe by naming and matching them, and remembering stories about that landmark. This is a Montessori “My place in this world activity”, where students increase their global awareness, as they begin to grasp their city, state, country, and continent.
