After having discovered what myths reveal about ancient and contemporary cultures, they are now ready to start their very own mythology projects. The literary component helps students understand ancient times, and their effect on the modern world. Students then encounter that “A Hero’s Journey” is not only classical literature, but also contemporary tales.
